Dear Tony,
Thank you for taking care of the arrangements for ‘Alfie’.
Your considerate and sensitive approach was greatly appreciated, allowing
us the time and solitude to say goodbye. Although it was such a sad occasion,
it was a personal experience for us and a very dignified farewell to our

showed us, made this tearful occasion ‘the perfect way to say goodbye’.
You should be extremely proud of the service you provide, and the comfort
and relief it brings to families when they lose their pet. We cannot thank

"When we lost our beloved family dog ‘Dexter’ we
both agreed it would be right to give him a respectful send off. The prospect
of a stranger throwing our Dexter into a back of a van would be both disrespectful
and mortifying for us both. We contacted Tony at High Peak, although this
was difficult at the time due to our emotions and distress. As soon as
we spoke to Tony we knew we had made the right choice. Tony fully understood
our grief, being a true animal lover and had experienced the trauma of
losing a family dog himself. He was sincere and very empathetic to our
situation, which in its self is very comforting to know that Dexter would
be in such genuine and respectful hands.
“Tony helped us through the whole process of saying our final farewell
to Dexter. He guided us to the Crematorium and on arrival came out to
meet us. Tony explained the arrangements fully and gave us as much time
as we needed to say our emotional farewell. Thank you Tony we really can't
